When booking with Roberto Vivancos Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment

Must be completed on the day by Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal.

If you need a bank payment reader or device to complete an online transfer please ensure you have this with you.

Deposit

Your deposit is taken to hold a space in the diary which could otherwise be booked by other clients.

Deposit is taken off the final price, it’s NOT an aditional charge.

In order to secure the session please remember to pay the deposit. Session will NOT be booked until the deposit is paid.

Changes on your Booking

If you would like to alter the date or time of your session or reschedule please e-mail us on hello@robertovivancos.com to discuss alternative dates.

Your deposit can be used towards the new booking.

If you give less than 48 hrs notice to any changes with your booking, your deposit will be lost.

Cancelations

Can be made up to 48hrs prior the shoot date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If shoot is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, your deposit will be lost.

Time of Arrival

Please don’t arrive too early for your shoot, 10 – 15 minutes at most.

If you arrive too early we may not answer as ee will probably be with another client, on our way to the studio or on a break.

Do not arrive late, your session starts at the time you have made the booking.

Sessions can’t run overtime as there will be another client waiting after you.

Edits & Retouches

Please be aware that the number of final edits you will get is determined by the package you purchased.

You may purchase additional edits should you require.

Any unauthorised alterations, edits or filter treatments to our final work is not permitted. If you require an alteration or additional editing, please contact us.
